Job summary

Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. seeks a licensed clinical social worker/therapist to join our new PHP/IOP outpatient clinic opening Fall 2026. The role centers on leading therapy for patients with mental and behavioral health concerns in an acute care setting, using CBT, DBT, and family therapy as core modalities.

The therapist will work within an interdisciplinary team, coordinate care, and support system initiatives while maintaining clinical documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited school.
• Licensed or in-training for LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent per state.
• Experience in health care and psychiatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patients' needs and goals.
• Assess patients to identify mental health concerns and strengths.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clinical interventions.
• Provide counseling and support to improve patients’ well-being within sessions and milieu.
• Document patient progress and maintain required records promptly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Ensure ethical conduct and patient confidentiality; participate in ongoing professional development.
