Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Brown Deer, WI seeks a licensed or in-training therapist to support acute care services across inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. The role focuses on CBT/DBT and family therapy, conducts assessments, and develops tailored treatment plans within a collaborative team.

The position emphasizes ethical practice, thorough documentation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
• In-training LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW, or equivalent license in state.
• SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC required in Wisconsin for credentialed programs.
• Substance use credentialing applicable to the state hired in if required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire; bi-annual re-certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and support in sessions and milieu.
• Document patient progress and complete required documentation promptly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical initiatives.
• Report suspected abuse according to state law and policy.
