Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist to lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions in an acute care setting. You will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions while maintaining detailed patient records.

The role includes supervising interns and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. You will work within inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and/or intensive outpatient

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Full, independent licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW or equivalent in state practicing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based techniques.
• Document patient progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
• Provide supervision for interns and junior staff as needed.
• Support interdisciplinary team communication and program initiatives.
