Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• In-state licensure or credentialing (LPC-IT / MFT-TL / APSW or equivalent).
• Wisconsin substance use credential (SAC-IT, SAC or CSAC) if applicable.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based therapies.
• Document patient progress and ensure timely records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Maintain ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
• Pursue ongoing education and participate in clinical initiatives.
• Report suspected abuse per state law and policy.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and strong teamwork.
• Adapt staffing/scheduling to program and patient care needs.
• Support system-wide quality and safety initiatives.
