Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed clinical therapist to join its inpatient/outpatient care teams. The role involves delivering individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT and related modalities within an acute care setting.

You will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate across disciplines to support recovery and safety. A master’s degree in social work or related field is required, with Wisconsin licensure in progress

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required; healthcare/psychiatric experience preferred.
• Licensed or in-training credentials (LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent) required.
• Wisconsin credentialing (SAC-IT/SAC/CSAC) may be required for substance use programs.
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions for all age groups and human behavior dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and coordinate care with the treatment team.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and system-wide initiatives.
