Qualifications

• In-training licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-IT), Marriage and Family Therapist Training License (MFT-TL), APSW, or equivalent.
• If credentialing required, SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs and identify mental health concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and facilitate team meetings.
