Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Nashville is seeking a qualified clinician to provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services to patients under clinical supervision, including groups and individual work. You will monitor outcomes, adjust care plans, document thoroughly, and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field, plus CBT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT and other therapeutic services including groups
• Participate in supervision and communicate patient progress
• Monitor intervention outcomes and adjust care plans with clinical leadership
• Document services in medical records and ensure compliance
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and develop treatment plans
• Communicate treatment interventions to the care team and supports
• Provide training/support to direct care staff
• Educate patients/families on CBT strategies and behavior management
• Ensure patient and facility safety and adapt staffing as needed
• Maintain knowledge of department processes and participate in committees
