Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks a full-time Therapist to lead individual, group, and family therapy across inpatient, residential, PHP/IOP programs and ambulatory services in Wisconsin. You will design treatment plans, apply CBT/DBT approaches, and coordinate care with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.

You will ensure documentation accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and participate in ongoing education to support system-wide quality of care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for Wisconsin LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent license.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire; NCI training within 60 days.
• Experience in mental health settings and various therapy modalities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and interventions.
• Adhere to regulatory and ethical guidelines and ensure patient safety.
