Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Tennessee seeks an experienced therapist to lead individual, group, and family therapy across inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services. You will assess patient needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Social Work or related field, with LPC-IT/MFT-TL/APSW credentials in progress or achieved, and demonstrate knowledge of CBT/DBT approaches

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Licensed or in-training LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent in state.
• Experience in healthcare/psychiatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based techniques.
• Document patient progress and maintain records timely.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Ensure ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
