Cinemark is seeking a proactive Team Member to join our theatre operations in California. You will greet Guests, operate the POS system for purchases, verify tickets, and provide information on pricing and promotions.

The role supports multiple theatre functions, including Usher, Box Office, and Concession duties, based on staffing needs. You will contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, responding to guest inquiries with urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and local certifications when required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team environment.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and promotions.
• Keep theatre clean and safe; maintain high-quality environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
