Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. in California is seeking friendly Team Members to greet Guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and provide up-to-date movie information and promotions. You may also serve as an Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist depending on staffing needs.

Team Members must be 16+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and deliver excellent Guest service. Flexible hours, safety training, and benefits complete the package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Follow food safety guidelines where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to the auditorium.
• Provide pricing, film info, and general theatre guidance.
• Respond to Guests' questions with professional customer service.
• Conduct theatre inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean theatre environment and sanitize high-contact areas.
• Prepare food and operate cooking/warming equipment as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
