Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training or local food handler certification where required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and provide accurate information.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to their seats.
• Provide theatre information and assist with events and promotions.
• Keep facilities clean and safe, including lobbies, restrooms, and auditoriums.
