Cinemark is seeking a Theatre Team Member in California to welcome Guests and support operations across Usher, Box Office, and Concession roles. You’ll be briefly cross-trained to handle multiple duties, including ticket checks and guest inquiries with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities include operating the POS at the register, guiding Guests to auditoriums, and maintaining a clean, safe theatre environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on your register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to an auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and special events details to Guests.
• Respond to phone calls and questions with professional customer service.
• Conduct theatre inspections to ensure movie quality and safety.
