Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Able to handle cash and basic math.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and special events details.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist Guests.
• Conduct theater inspections for safety and quality.
• Maintain clean theaters and facilities.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
