Qualifications

• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Operates POS system and processes transactions accurately.
• Communicates clearly with Guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information and special events.
• Responds to questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
