The role requires a friendly, energetic attitude, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a team across concessions, box office, and ushering roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training completed; health card or local certification as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates excellent guest service and strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate the POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at the podium and direct guests to their auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and details on events and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the theatre and assist with opening/closing duties.
