Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. seeks energetic Team Members to deliver excellent guest service at our theatres in California. You will greet guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and share information about movies and events. Prioritize safety, cleanliness, and accuracy in every interaction.

Role supports cross-functional tasks including usher, box office, or concession duties as needed, with flexible hours and opportunities for growth within a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude on every shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for transactions.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and special events.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests professionally.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety throughout facilities.
• Assists with opening and closing duties when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
