Job summary

AMC Entertainment in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Supervisor to guide theatre crew, ensure smooth daily operations behind the scenes and for guests, and lead with energy and care.

You’ll coach staff, manage opening/closing tasks, handle guest concerns, and help deliver a premier movie-going experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with leadership experience, strong communication, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a love for movies.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability in a theatre setting.
• Willing to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily responsibilities and guest service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and coordinate with vendors for deliveries.
• Assign registers, manage cash handling, and reconcile floor deposits.
• Support inventory processes and assist in crew scheduling with management approval.
• Triage guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example, uphold appearance standards, and maintain safe, welcoming theatre environment.
