Job summary

AMC Theatres in the United States is seeking a Supervisory role to direct daily theatre crew performance and ensure smooth operations for guests and staff alike. You will lead with energy, communicate with care, and foster an inclusive, welcoming environment while managing opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, strong guest service and teamwork skills, and a passion for movies.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate competency in all crew positions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily responsibilities and guest service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and access for deliveries and repairs during off-hours.
• Assign registers, reconcile cash and deposits, and maintain cash-handling accuracy.
• Support inventory processes and crew scheduling; final approval by management.
• Troubleshoot system issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Resolve guest concerns and research AMC Stubs or refunds-related issues.
