Job summary

AMC Theatres is seeking a Supervisor to direct daily theatre crew performance and guest service. You’ll lead with energy, coach teams, and ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes and for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; location-specific age requirements may apply.
• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities, ensuring strong performance and guest service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and provide access to vendors for deliveries and repairs during off-hours.
• Pull and count cash, reconcile floor safes, and maintain cash-handling accuracy.
• Assist in inventory processes and crew scheduling; troubleshoot system issues and open support tickets.
• Lead with AMC’s standards, promote safety, inclusivity, and a positive guest experience.
