Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to help direct daily theatre operations, coach crew, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will lead with energy, communicate with care, and uphold AMC standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes supervising opening/closing routines, managing cash handling, and supporting inventory and scheduling under management guidance. A passion for movies and guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.
• Must be at least 18 years old; location-specific age requirements may apply.
• Be a reliable teammate by showing up on time.
• Adherence to AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members to ensure performance and guest service.
• Assist in floor operations and crew placement based on needs.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and access for vendors during off-hours.
• Assign registers, distribute banks, and reconcile floor safes.
• Pull and count cash, coupons, and equivalents; record results and deposits.
