Job summary

AMC Theatres is seeking a Supervisor to guide daily theatre crew performance, ensuring guest service excellence and smooth operations. You will lead with energy, communicate with care, and foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

You will oversee opening/closing, assist in floor operations, handle cash processes, and coordinate scheduling while maintaining high standards of safety and service in a fast-paced cinema setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities and guest service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and manage access for deliveries.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and reconcile floor cash/receipts.
