Job summary

B&B Theatres Management Company LLC is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to support theatre operations, lead frontline staff, and ensure outstanding guest service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise opening/closing procedures, assist with training, and help maintain a positive team atmosphere across theatres.

Candidates should be 18+, able to work weekends/holidays, and comfortable handling cash and interacting with guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Support: Provide guidance and direction to frontline team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Train, mentor, and support team members to maintain service and operational standards.
Guest Experience: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing professional and friendly guest support.
Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee the efficient operation of various areas, including concessions and box office.
Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to all financial procedures.
Facility Maintenance and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including workstations, concession areas, box office, auditoriums, and restrooms.
Complete any other duties as delegated or directed by supervisory personnel.
