Job summary

B&B Theatres in Monett, MO is seeking a Part-Time Shift Lead to support theatre operations during scheduled shifts. You will supervise frontline staff, assist in training, and ensure guest service remains professional and friendly while following company policies.

You will oversee concessions and box office, handle cash with care, maintain clean work areas, and respond quickly to guest inquiries or issues. The role requires flexibility to open or close, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.
• Must have the availability to open and/or close the theatre on a regular basis, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• If aged 21 and older, R-Serving certification is required for all locations with bars or packaged alcohol and you must be willing and able to pour basic drinks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow, coordinate tasks, and ensure proper execution of operational procedures. Assist with opening, closing, and shift transition procedures, including cash handling and recordkeeping.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned to support staff and maintain high-quality service.
• Work independently or collaboratively to ensure smooth shift operations and guest satisfaction.
