B&B Theatres Wooster is seeking a Part-Time Shift Lead to help manage daily theatre operations and staff during scheduled shifts. You will provide leadership to frontline team members and ensure high standards of guest service throughout the venue.

The role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, with responsibilities spanning concessions, box office, and safety compliance to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.
• Regular open and/or close availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to maintain service and standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor workflow, coordinate tasks, and ensure proper execution of procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift transition procedures, including cash handling.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to resolve issues.
