Cinemark USA, Inc. invites applications for an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and leadership development. You will be cross-trained across departments, coach team members, and help implement policies under the General Manager’s guidance.

Through Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program you can advance to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager. The role requires flexible hours, strong guest service, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any required local/state certification.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures theatre staff follow the dress code and provide superior Guest service.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Reports and resolves employee relations issues following protocol.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies across theatre.
