Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of three MAP courses (Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains required local/state certifications.
• Alcohol service training if applicable.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude; provides excellent Guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to train and lead others.
• Urgency and time management in daily tasks.
• Conflict resolution and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communication.
• Works across departments to cover theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members on their duties.
• Assists in preparing administrative and reports for the GM.
• Monitors theatre facilities and reports repairs as needed.
• Ensures dress code compliance among staff.
• Interacts with guests to provide superior service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies with consistency.
• Reports Employee relations issues to the GM/Convercent link.
