Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run day-to-day theatre operations. You will supervise staff, train team members, and ensure policies are followed while delivering superior guest service.

This role offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program and potential advancement to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager. Responsibilities include collaborating with the General Manager, coordinating across departments, and handling administrative tasks such as

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completes Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses within Management Accreditation Program.
• Complies with basic food handling training and local/state certifications as required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decision making.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures dress code compliance and delivers superior Guest service.
• Interacts with Guests to improve service and maintains high work standards.
