Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure adherence to policies and standards. You will be cross-trained across departments to support during peak times and to provide motivational training to employees.

The role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with the staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
