Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre, ensuring policies are followed and standards are met.

This role is cross-trained across all departments to support where needed and to provide inspirational training to employees. The Assistant Manager can advance to Senior Assistant Manager, then Theatre Manager or General Manager after finishing the Management Accreditation Program and completing at least six months in the role.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service focus.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions with staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Ensures compliance with safety, cleanliness and dress code standards.
