Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily theatre operations, uphold policies, and train team members. This role involves cross-training across departments, ensuring superior guest service, and aligning with Cinemark guidelines.

The position offers opportunities for advancement through the Management Accreditation Program and growth into senior roles. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and reliable attendance, with pay ranging from ten to fourteen

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program (MAP) Core and related courses.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any local/state certifications when required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team environment.
• Provides excellent Guest service and adheres to dress code and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM’s decisions in staff communications.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness of theatre facilities and equipment.
