Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, ensure policy adherence, and uphold standards across departments. The role includes training employees, supporting the General Manager, and contributing to reports and safety checks.

Opportunity to advance through Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program. Applicants should be 18+, have a high school/GED, complete required training, and demonstrate strong guest service, cash handling, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and local/state certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communication.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for GM.
• Ensures safety, cleaning, and maintenance standards.
• Addresses employee relations issues per protocol.
• Delivers excellent guest service and resolves conflicts.
