Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist in theatre operations, follow policies, and support across all departments. The role offers progression from Assistant Manager to Senior Assistant Manager, then Theatre Manager or General Manager after completing Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and six months’ service.

Responsibilities include training staff, preparing reports, inspecting theatre facilities, ensuring safety, and delivering exceptional Guest service while upholding

Qualifications

• High School or GED required or preferred
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP Core, Management Foundations, Annual Certifications)
• Completion of basic food handling training and required certifications

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager’s direction
• Support decisions in communication with staff
• Work in all theatre departments and functions
• Train and coach Team Members
• Prepare administrative and special reports
• Inspect theatre, parking, landscaping, and equipment
• Report repairs to General Manager
• Ensure dress code compliance
• Interact with Guests to improve service
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines fairly
• Report Employee relations issues as required
• Follow Employee Relations Reporting Protocol
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct
• Identify and sanitize high-contact areas
• Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
• Adapt to cleaning task frequency and scope
• Address safety or security issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
