Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and standards are met. They work across departments, training staff and supporting where needed.

The role provides a path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service, with opportunities to advance as part of Cinemark's growth.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program within the Management Accreditation Program.

Mansioni

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Interacts with Guests for improved service and ensures theatre Team Members provide superior customer service.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and maintains safety standards.
