Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure policies, procedures, and standards are met. You will work across departments, train staff, and support the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Expect opportunities for progression through Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program and advancement to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after tenure and performance. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any local/state certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their specific job functions.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed and standards are met.
• Interacts with guests to provide superior customer service.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the theatre and facilities.
