Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, ensure policy adherence, and support all departments.

You will be cross-trained and prepared to advance to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program. You will train staff, coach team members, handle guest service, cash handling, and safety, while maintaining high work ethic and following Cinemark guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete three MAP courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.

Responsibilities

• Follows the General Manager’s direction and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Ensure compliance with Cinemark guidelines and safety procedures.
