Cinemark seeks an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, train staff, and ensure customer service excellence. This role leads cross-department duties, participates in management accreditation progress, and advances toward Theatre Manager or General Manager after six months in the program.

Responsibilities include directing staff under the GM, preparing reports, maintaining safety practices, and upholding Cinemark policies while delivering superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and required local certifications.
• If handling alcohol, Safe Alcohol Service training may be required.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs theatre operations under the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs as needed.
• Ensures staff follow dress code and deliver superior customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and reports employee relations issues.
• Maintains safety, PPE usage, and high cleanliness standards.
