Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program or equivalent.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in job functions.
• Ensures compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Maintains guest service standards and resolves issues promptly.
• Assists in preparing administrative reports and monitors operations.
