Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist in theatre operations and staff leadership. You will be cross-trained across departments and support the General Manager to meet operational standards.

Selected candidates will complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and gain opportunities for advancement. The role requires working flexible hours, excellent guest service, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School or GED preferred
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses
• Complete basic food handling training and any local/state certification
• Complete Safe Alcohol Service training for alcohol-handling roles
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Accurate cash handling and basic math
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager directions and supports GM decisions
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM
• Inspects theatre building, parking, landscaping, and equipment for safety and upkeep
• Reports repairs needed to the GM
• Ensures dress code compliance and superior guest service
• Uses PPE and follows safety procedures
• Addresses employee relations issues per policy
• Represents the brand with professionalism and integrity
