Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a hands-on theatre supervisor to manage daily operations, staffing, and guest service excellence in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Responsibilities include daily admin tasks, reporting, and ensuring staff meet service standards while driving performance and guest satisfaction. Leadership and clear communication are essential for coordinating crews and delivering a top-tier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; location-based age requirements may apply.
• Six months supervisory or equivalent leadership experience.
• One year experience in guest-focused business (retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
• Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports.
• Ensure associates consistently meet AMC Guest Service standards.
• Ensure proper staffing levels across all areas of the theatre.
• Reinforce guest and operational focus through MBWA (Managing By Walking Around).
• Review financial numbers regularly to drive performance and guest experience.
