AMC Entertainment is seeking a skilled supervisor to guide theatre crews and ensure seamless operations for guests and staff. You will lead daily tasks, manage opening and closing procedures, and ensure cash handling and inventory accuracy while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to complete required training and certifications provided by AMC.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with love for movies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities.
• Assist in floor operations and crew placement based on needs.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and vendor access during off-hours.
• Assign registers, distribute banks, and reconcile floor safes.
• Pull and count cash, coupons, and equivalents; log results.
• Maintain cash-handling accuracy and complete forms.
• Support inventory and crew scheduling with final management approval.
• Troubleshoot system issues by opening support tickets and following up.
• Resolve guest concerns and research AMC Stubs or refund issues.
• Distribute and reconcile passes; perform other duties as directed.
• Perform daily operational and administrative tasks to keep schedules.
