Job summary

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, financial oversight, and collaboration with the General Manager to meet service and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Experience in guest-focused business (retail, hospitality, etc.) is valued.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operating and administrative duties, including opening and closing tasks.
• Oversee theatre staff and ensure guest service standards are met.
• Monitor staffing levels and assist in scheduling.
• Review financial numbers to drive performance and guest experience.
• Support the General Manager in achieving food and beverage goals.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to work schedule policies.
