Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching crew, managing floor operations, cash handling, and coordinating schedules. A flexible evening/weekend availability and a passion for movies are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old; location-specific age requirements may apply.
• Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability; open year-round.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily responsibilities.
• Assist in floor operations and crew placement based on business needs.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and vendor access during off-hours.
• Assign registers, distribute banks, and reconcile floor safes.
• Maintain cash-handling accuracy and complete required forms.
