Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking candidates for roles with supervisory responsibilities in a busy theatre environment. You will lead teams, manage staffing, and uphold guest service standards while supporting daily operations and financial goals.

The position emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Prior hospitality or guest‑facing experience is valued, with focus on dependable attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (location-specific age rules may apply).
• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• One year experience in guest‑focused business (retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.).
• Demonstrated analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, theatre‑specific systems).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
• Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports.
• Ensure associates meet AMC Guest Service standards.
• Ensure proper staffing levels across all areas of the theatre.
• Reinforce guest and operational focus through MBWA (Managing By Walking Around).
• Review financial numbers to drive performance and guest experience.
• Oversee an assigned theatre department when applicable.
• Communicate effectively with guests in a high‑volume setting.
• Support GM in achieving F&B-related guest service and financial goals.
• Maintain regular attendance for all scheduled shifts.
