Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; other location-specific age requirements may apply.
• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability required.
• Be a reliable teammate by showing up on time.
• Adherence to Wardrobe 101 Standards (black non-slip shoes, etc.).
• Willing to complete required training and certifications provided by AMC.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong guest service and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily responsibilities and guest service.
• Assist floor operations and place crew based on business needs.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and access vendors during off-hours.
• Assign registers, distribute banks, and reconcile floor safes.
• Count cash, coupons, and equivalents; enter results and prepare deposits.
• Maintain cash-handling accuracy and assist in crew scheduling with management approval.
• Support inventory processes and troubleshoot system issues with tickets and follow-ups.
• Resolve guest concerns and research AMC Stubs or refunds.
• Distribute and reconcile passes and assist in other duties as directed.
• Lead daily operations to keep everything on schedule and safe.
