Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to direct the theatre crew and ensure smooth operations for guests and staff. You’ll lead with energy, communicate with care, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment in a fast-paced cinema setting.

You’ll coordinate daily tasks, oversee opening/closing, manage cash handling, and support inventory and scheduling while delivering exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
• Strong guest service, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily tasks and guest service expectations.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and manage access for deliveries and repairs.
• Handle cash and deposits, reconcile safes, and support inventory and crew scheduling.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve guest concerns related to AMC Stubs or refunds.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and uphold AMC appearance guidelines.
