This role supports the General Manager and advances through the Management Accreditation Program, with potential to become Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after six months of demonstrated performance. Benefits include growth opportunities and industry training.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program requirements.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state certifications where required.

Aufgaben

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communications.
• Works in all departments and performs theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensures safety, safety equipment use, and cleanliness.
• Maintains dress code compliance and guest service standards.
• Reports employee relations issues and supports a positive work environment.
• Identifies and addresses operational issues and improves service quality.
