Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, uphold policies, and ensure service excellence across all departments. You will be cross-trained to support wherever needed and to provide inspirational training to team members.

The role offers a clear path through our Management Accreditation Program toward Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after six months and successful progression.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core).
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications where required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• Able to communicate in English clearly and effectively.

Responsabilités

• Follows General Manager's direction and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in job functions.
• Works across all departments to ensure theatre operations.
• Ensures compliance with dress code and safety procedures.
• Prepares administrative and special reports as needed.
• Maintains high guest service levels and resolves issues promptly.
