Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, train staff, and ensure adherence to policies. This role offers a clear progression path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Responsibilities include supervising all departments, coaching team members, and preparing reports for the General Manager, while maintaining safety and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Local or state certifications or food handler permits where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation of the theatre across departments.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure adherence to guidelines, policies and dress code.
• Manage guest interactions to ensure superior service.
• Lead others and resolve conflicts efficiently.
