Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark MAP accreditation program courses.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the theatre.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Follow General Manager directions and policies.
• Ensure superior guest service and dress code compliance.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Support across departments as needed.
